i love tivo

emily will hate me for this post, because i'm "obsessed." too bad. maybe i am.

it has been about 6 months since we have used our tivo. in the meantime, we got a comcast dvr, but it just doesn't do the job the tivo can do.

so i went out, got the tivo network adapter and set that puppy up in our bedroom. and i am in love all over again. but i am growing more and more attached. right now, as i blog, i am scheduling shows online. i just searched movies blindly, and this came up in the results:

Umm, that description is utterly hilarious. i need to find more. now i am not addicted to the tivo, but the online service.

in case you were worried, i am fine.

i had some bile in my adbomen that made me violently ill. i had to have an endoscopic procedure (through the mouth) where they placed a stent on my liver. that (hopefully) stopped the bile from leaking into my abdomen. i was in the hospital for 6 days, but i am feeling better.

i'm headed back to work tomorrow. i have been out for like 2 weeks now, but had no fun. in fact, we had to cancel our trip to mexico and a short trip to DC. it ruined our third wedding anniversary and emily's 30th bday. pretty shitty. shitty city.

so now i have to make it all up to her. what should i do???
